Gutchess Lumber manufactures eleven different species of northern hardwoods. We take great pride in producing premium products which satisfy and please demanding buyers worldwide.

Our products come from the best hardwood forests and timberlands in the northeast, several of which we have owned and managed ourselves for generations. Our products are sawn in our modern band mills and dried in our state-of-the-art kilns; we do not broker or wholesale lumber.

Every board we manufacture and sell has been inspected by highly skilled and well-trained lumber inspectors at least twice, green and dry, to ensure accurate grade and tally, consistent quality, and maximum yield. Our manufacturing standards and process controls are stringent and exacting from start to finish. In our industry they are second to none. This is why you can buy from us with trust and confidence.
